ASA Responsibilities
- Produce and manage all pro athletes participating in the program
- Design and produce a schematic layout of the event area
- Ramps, staging and all necessary equipment for the event site
- Build out the event area, including all equipment and tools necessary to complete the ramps, staging and other site elements
- Event staff and ramp labor to execute the program in a turnkey manner
- Scheduling and booking of all travel, hotels and ground transportation for staff, ramp labor and athletes
- A dedicated management team to oversee the program
- Roundtrip trucking for the ramps and all other staging
- A professional emcee to run the show and get the crowd involved
- Audio system and athlete music
- Forklifts and barricades
- An autograph area
School Responsibilities
- A venue / site to host the event
- Any necessary permitting to use the specific venue
- Security to guard the ramps, including overnight guards and access control during the day
- Custodial services and maintenance of event grounds
- Advertising and promotion on campus to announce the event
- Electrical power
- A qualified EMT on-site
- Event costs TBD
